Richmond native Jalen Jackson had done it all for Thomas Jefferson High School (Va.). The 5-foot-10, 215 pound athlete played a variety of positions for the Vikings—quarterback, running back, linebacker, safety, and returner. Now, he will be using his talents to serve as a running back for Villanova, after signing his letter of intent on Wednesday.

Jackson had 1,446 yards and 21 touchdowns in his senior season. He boasts a 4.49 second 40-yard dash time and a 37-inch vertical jump. He verbally committed to the ‘Cats back in August, choosing Villanova over FBS’ Old Dominion, CAA rivals Delaware and Elon, VMI, Norfolk State, and Division II UVa-Wise.
