PHILADELPHIA -- Villanova coach Jay Wright says his team's win is just a "warm-up" for Philadelphia sports.
Thousands of cheering fans lined streets and filled a park to celebrate the Wildcats' NCAA championship. Friday's parade took the winners of the men's basketball tournament along five downtown blocks before ending at jam-packed City Hall.
Philadelphia sports fans have been yearning for a chance to celebrate. The city's four major pro teams have been mediocre to terrible of late. The Phillies were the last of the four to win a title -- in 2008.
But Philadelphians got to party Friday.
