Villanova hosts St. John’s at Finneran Pavilion in what will be the final on-campus home game of the season. Villanova seems to have found their footing again, and is coming off a wire-to-wire victory at Xavier this past weekend.
St. John’s has been competitive at times, but this is clearly a reset year under Mike Anderson and the Johnnies are just about meeting their preseason expectations of being more competitive as they build towards something bigger.
A win over ‘Nova would certainly be a feather in the cap for the ‘40 Minutes Of Hell’ mastermind.
