Villanova can claim the outright Big East championship on Saturday afternoon in Newark when they face Seton Hall inside the Prudential Center.
Back in late January, Villanova torched the Pirates at the Wells Fargo Center 80-52 in their most complete and dominant display of the season, but a lot has changed on both sides since then.
Seton Hall is back on the NCAA Tournament bubble after Wednesday’s victory over Marquette, and can possibly punch their ticket with a win against ‘Nova. The Wildcats lost 4 of 5 in February before righting the ship, and come in with renewed confidence after back-to-back wins.
