Villanova lost to Seton Hall in the Big East Tournament final on Saturday night, severely weakening their chances to grab a#1 seed. With North Carolina and Oregon picking up impressive wins last night, and Michigan State looking like the Big Ten favorites, Villanova will almost certainly end up as a #2 seed.
That's not bad though! Villanova will still be playing Friday/Sunday in Brooklyn next weekend, and is now looking like they'll almost certainly end up in the East regional - a #1 seed may have meant landing elsewhere.
