Vegas Golden Knights forward Tanner Pearson scored the final goal in a 5-2 victory against the Philadelphia Flyers at T-Mobile Arena on Thursday.
The win comes two days after the Golden Knights let one slip away against the Montreal Canadiens. Unlike Tuesday’s game, Vegas attacked and continued to attack throughout the game, allowing it to create a nice lead entering the third period.
From there, it was shut down defense and staying on the attack.
“Obviously, the Montreal one wasn’t the finish we wanted,” Pearson said. “That’s not our style of hockey in the third period.
