Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Brayden McNabb called the 4-0 loss to the New York Islanders “uneventful.”
There were only 11 high-danger chances between the two teams, according to Natural Stat Trick and two penalties.
The Golden Knights were also limited by the Islanders’ forecheck and poor puck management in their own end.
Despite this, McNabb knows the team can bounce back after a lackluster performance.
“It was a pretty uneventful game, both sides,” he said. “We didn’t generate a whole lot, and the goalie played well when we had shots, so it is what it is, we’ve got to move on.
