After winning their first two games of the 2019-20 NHL regular season, the Vegas Golden Knights suffered their first loss of the year on Tuesday after falling 4-3 to the Boston Bruins at T-Mobile Arena.
That defeat is now in the rearview mirror for the Knights, however, who tonight will start a slate of three Pacific Division matchups over the next four days. It is a critical stretch of games for Vegas who boasted a superb record of 18-8-3 against divisional rivals last year.
Divisional games are almost worth an extra point and, having already beaten the San Jose Sharks twice this year, the Golden Knights will know how important this weekend will be in terms of setting the tone and gathering some steam in the Pacific Division.
