The Golden Knights again got off to an above-average start to this season, their third in franchise history, by winning six of their first nine games. Unfortunately, the second half of Vegas’ first 20 games wasn’t anywhere close to as kind to head coach Gerard Gallant and his team: the Golden Knights lost four straight games to finish that segment 9-9-3 and put themselves well down the Western Conference standings.
