Walker Buehler Signs With Dodgers, Takes Less Money Due to Injury Concerns

Walker Buehler won't return to the Vanderbilt rotation in 2016. The Sunday starter inked a contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers that will pay him a $1.78m signing bonus.

Walker Buehler won't be returning to Vanderbilt. The right-handed pitcher and first-round draft pick settled on a contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers that will end his amateur career and ship him off to rookie ball.
