Three-star center Daniel Dawkins committed to Vanderbilt on March 30 over, among others, Michigan and North Carolina, and he said he is solid to the Commodores.
“I’m 110 percent committed to Vanderbilt; there’s no backing out,” Dawkins told GN. “They want me and I want them, and that’s that.”
Dawkins (6 feet 3, 296 pounds), from Hightstown (N.J.) Peddie School, is among the top 10 centers nationally and an overall top-15 recruit in New Jersey for the class of 2018.
Dawkins describes his game as you would expect an offensive lineman would.
“With being as strong as I am, I’m good at taking on the bull rush,” Dawkins said.
