Vanderbilt and UNLV have agreed to a home-and-home series for the 2019 and 2023 seasons, the schools announced Wednesday.
Vanderbilt will host the first game on Oct. 12, 2019; the second game will be played at UNLV on Sept. 16, 2023.
Vanderbilt and UNLV have never met on the football field. For the Commodores, it will be only their second meeting against a Mountain West Conference; for the Rebels, it will be their fourth different SEC opponent after Arkansas, Ole Miss and Tennessee.
With its deal with UNLV, Vanderbilt now needs to schedule just one more non-conference game for the 2019 season.
