Vanderbilt loses at Kentucky, 77-74

The Vanderbilt Commodores put in a good effort tonight at Rupp Arena and had a real chance to win the game, but with the game tied at 74 in the final minute, Kentucky’s Davion Mintz hit a three and Max Evans’ potential game-tying three bounced around the rim for what seemed like an eternity before falling to the floor along with Vanderbilt’s chances.

Or, you know, just like every other game that Vanderbilt plays in the house of horrors. You will be very surprised to learn that Kentucky attempted 32 free throws to Vanderbilt’s 14. You will also be shocked when I tell you that after 18 points and 10 boards, Dylan Disu was disqualified on a real ticky-tack foul.
