So how good is Walters? The 247 Sports composite ranks him as a four-star recruit and the #11 pro-style quarterback in the Class of 2018. ESPN likewise rates him as a four-star recruit. Rivals “only” considers him a three-star recruit, and the #15 pro-style quarterback in his class.
