The Vanderbilt Commodores will face the Kansas State Wildcats at 6:30 PM on September 16, per ESPN.
The game will be televised on ESPNU. Kansas State is coming off a 2016 season in which the Wildcats went 9-4 and beat Texas A&M in the Texas Bowl. This will be a tough early test for the Commodores, who are coming off a 6-7 season and an Independence Bowl loss to NC State.
The Kansas State game will be Vanderbilt’s third game in 2017, following the season opener against Middle Tennessee (which will be at 7 PM on September 2) and a September 9 game against Alabama A&M (no kickoff time or TV coverage announced, but probably SEC Network+.
