For the fourth year in a row, Kevin Stallings has tapped the pipeline out of the Lone Star State as Clevon Brown becomes Vanderbilt's second commitment in the 2016 recruiting class, joining PG Peyton Willis who committed in August.

We previously wrote about Brown after he visited Vandy on the weekend of the Georgia game. Brown visited Texas on Saturday and, with both of his official visits complete, pulled the trigger for Vandy on Tuesday.
