Vanderbilt redshirt sophomore offensive lineman Cole Hardin was injured in an automobile accident Thursday, according to VandySports.com.
Hardin was riding his moped when he collided with another vehicle. He was taken to a Nashville-area hospital with injuries to his right ankle and right arm.
According to a witness at the scene, Hardin remained conscious and speaking after the accident.
The report does not specify if Hardin was wearing a helmet at the time.
Hardin, a Florence, Alabama native, has seen limited action in his Commodores career after redshirting in 2014 and serving as a reserve in 2015.
