Free agent forward Jeffery Taylor is close in negotiations toward a deal with Euroleague powerhouse Real Madrid, sources told RealGM.
Taylor, the No. 31 overall pick in the 2012 NBA draft, has made progress with Real Madrid over the past several days.
The 6-foot-7 Taylor averaged 4.4 points and 1.3 rebounds in 14.8 minutes per game for the Charlotte Hornets last season. Taylor has played his entire three-year career with the Hornets, with averages of 6.1 points and two rebounds
Taylor had a standout collegiate career at Vanderbilt University.
