The Commodores defeated Dartmouth 1-0 for the team’s first home win of the season as well as the team’s first shutout. Redshirt sophomore midfielder Lydia Simmons scored her first career goal in the 41st minute to give Head Coach Darren Ambrose a win against a familiar Ivy League foe after jumping to West End from Penn this year.

The first ten minutes of the game featured end-to-end action with both teams getting some possession in attacking positions.
