Oh, yeah: Vanderbilt has a basketball game tonight, playing NC State in the first game of the two-day Vegas Showdown at the Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas at 9 PM CT on ESPN2, where it will be up against the Egg Bowl and an NFL game and, probably, Tom’s wife watching some damn Hallmark Christmas movie. Win tonight and everybody can probably shut up about the Presbyterian loss in the season opener; on Friday, they’ll play either BYU or Arizona State.
