The Sugarcanes:
Marco Bustos played 32 minutes in Zacatepec’s 1-0 loss to Alebrijes de Oaxaca. Zacatepec are now on a season break and Bustos has been back training with the Whitecaps in the meantime.
Motagua:
Motagua have terminated Deybi Flores’ loan. This after the midfielder had refused to report to the club’s reserve side for several months. Flores’ future with the Whitecaps is unclear.
The City of Fountains:
Spencer Richey played 90 minutes, kept a clean sheet, and was involved in the build up to Kenny Walker’s wonder goal in FC Cincinnati’s 1-0 win over Ottawa Fury.
