VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC report for the start of their 2016 preseason camp on Friday, January 22 at the WFC Training Centre in UBC.
There will be 22 first team players expected to attend media day on Friday, January 22, including newly-acquired Japanese striker Masato Kudo.
Following media day, the team will have their entry medicals on Saturday, January 23 at the WFC Training Centre, and their fitness testing on Monday, January 25 at UBC Ken Woods Field, formerly known as Wolfson West Field.
The first team will be joined by eight Whitecaps FC 2 players, three Residency players, three unsigned 2016 MLS SuperDraft selections, and three camp invitees for four days of on-field training from Tuesday, January 26 to Friday, January 29 at UBC Ken Woods Field.
