VANCOUVER, BC – Vancouver Whitecaps FC selected University of Washington Huskies midfielders James Moberg and Josh Heard, as well as Saint Louis University Billikens midfielder/defender Tyler David on Tuesday in the final two rounds of the 2016 MLS SuperDraft.
Heard, 21, is a resident of Victoria, B.C.
