Whitecaps FC Residency teams won a pair of Development Academy matches against Cascadia rivals Seattle Sounders FC Academy on Saturday.

A back-and-forth match ended 4-2 for the U-18s.
Seattle scored first in the 11th minute, but the ‘Caps rebounded to tie it up from a corner kick with Georges Mukumbilwa smashing home a right-footed volley from 22 yards out. The Blue and White then went ahead in the 30th minute as Ethan Gopaul finished a Nicolas Apostol cross with his right foot.
In the 70th minute, Theo Bair doubled the advantage, finishing a second effort from a corner kick.
