Whitecaps FC call up four WFC2 players for CONCACAF Champions League opener

COUVA, TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO – Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced on Tuesday that the club has signed four Whitecaps FC 2 (WFC2) players to short-term agreements ahead of their 2016-17 CONCACAF Champions League opener versus Central FC tonight (5 p.m. PT at Ato Boldon Stadium - online broadcast TBC).

Joining the first team for the match are USL goalkeeper Spencer Richey, centre back Sem de Wit, left back Brett Levis, and forward Kyle Greig. This marks Richey's first call-up to the first team, while de Wit, Levis, and Greig rejoin the roster after each made their debut on July 19, coming on as second-half substitutes in the 'Caps international friendly versus Crystal Palace FC at BC Place.
