Voting is now open for the 2016 Whitecaps FC BMO Player of the Year award and will run until October 7. Members of the club’s technical/communications staff, as well as members of the media, determined the four names on the ballot.
Here are this year’s nominees (in alphabetical order):
Christian Bolaños (M)
Bolaños has been one of Vancouver’s most dangerous offensive weapons during his first season in MLS. His six assists are tied for the most on the team and his five goals are tied for the second most.
