Russell Teibert had a goal and an assist for Canada on Friday in a 4-1 win over Barbados.
Teibert was the set-up man for Canada’s opening goal, delivering a corner kick to Charles-Andreas Brym in the 10th minute.
He then provided the finish on second Canada’s tally after making a well-timed near-post run.

Teibert was one of three ‘Caps to start the match, including goalkeeper Maxime Crepeau and centre back Derek Cornelius.
Friday night’s victory was Canada’s second straight 4-1 win over Barbados as they prepare for an important international meeting with Iceland on Wednesday, January 15.
