Vancouver Whitecaps FC midfielder Inbeom Hwang went the full 90 minutes for South Korea in a 1-0 win against Australia on Friday. The international friendly match was played at Busan Asiad Stadium.
Next up for Korea is a match against Iran on Tuesday, June 11 at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.
"After that we'll give him three or four days off," said Whitecaps FC head coach Marc Dos Santos on Monday. "He will stay in South Korea with his family. He's never had [a break] since he's joined us and he needs it right now.
