Four 'Caps and three partner players called into Canada U-17 camp

Canada Soccer announced on Friday that four players from the Whitecaps FC BC REX program, and three players from academy centre partner programs have been called into U-17 national tracking camp from May 29 to June 4 in Burnaby, BC. The camp is being held in preparation for the U-17 Women’s Four Nations Tournament in China in July.

Among the players called up are Whitecaps FC BC REX players Stella Downing, Maya Rogers, Caitlin Shaw, and Aleisha Ganief. Also called up from Whitecaps FC academy centre partners are Nova Scotia REX players Oluwateniola (Teni) Akindoju and Sydney Kennedy, as well as Ottawa South United's Isabella Hanisch.
