Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced on Wednesday that the club has signed right back Scott Sutter for the 2019 season with an option for 2020. Sutter arrives in Vancouver following two seasons with Orlando City SC where he made 51 appearances, while contributing offensively with four goals and six assists.
