It's been 30 years since the Vancouver 86ers were born, kicking off an important era in the history of the club. To celebrate the occasion, alumni of the 86ers will face a Whitecaps FC alumni team on Saturday afternoon at BC Place.
Saturday’s alumni match will take place from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m. PT. at BC Place – prior to the MLS match against Colorado Rapids set to kick off at 4 p.m. PT. Tickets are available for purchase for $5, with all proceeds donated to BC Children’s Hospital. To purchase a ticket for the alumni match, fans must also have or purchase a ticket for the MLS match.
