The 2019 League Cup finals for the EA SPORTS BC Soccer Premier League (BCSPL) took place earlier this month at South Surrey Athletic Park.Vancouver Whitecaps FC representatives were on hand to scout players for the club's Whitecaps FC Boys MLS Academy and Girls Elite REX programs.
