If this happens, expect it to be Vegas and Toronto. With Vancouver officially out of the process, and Edmonton being thoroughly disliked by the players (lol), these two cities appear to be the ones. Meanwhile, the league and the NHLPA are getting closer on a new labour agreement, which is good news for those of us dreading another lockout by the owners. There’s still a ways to go, and we’re not so naive to think this couldn’t get messed up along the way, but it’s encouraging to have positive news here for a change after the garbage we’ve been forced to endure the last couple decades.
