The departure of president Trevor Linden was easily the biggest storyline for the Vancouver Canucks in the offseason, as disagreements with ownership over the direction of the team led to his exit.
Linden himself has been quiet on the matter, and owner Francesco Aquilini would take to Twitter to thank the Canucks icon for what he did, and announed that general manager Jim Benning will now reports directly to the Aquilinis.
Head coach Travis Green was recently interviewed by Sportsnet, and they asked him what kind of changes will take place with Linden gone.
