The Vancouver Canucks announced Thursday that they have signed former Philadelphia Flyers forward Justin Bailey to a one-year, two-way contract.
Bailey played a total of 52 games over three seasons for the Buffalo Sabres from 2015-16 to 2017-18. He recorded five goals and three assists during his time in Buffalo, before moving onto the Flyers organization.
The 24-year-old Bailey suited up in 11 games for Philadelphia this season, recording one assist while averaging 5:44 of ice time. He had eight points in 17 games for the Flyers’ AHL affiliate, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, and 20 points in 37 games for the Rochester Americans (Buffalo’s AHL team).
