The two teams met exactly a week ago at Rogers Arena, where the Canucks scored five unanswered goals to defeat the Red Wings by a final score of 5-1. It marked Vancouver’s third straight win, and they’ve since split their last two contests.
After losing 1-0 to the New Jersey Devils on Saturday, the Canucks played a well-rounded game and narrowly held off the New York Rangers 3-2 on Sunday.
