After Thursday’s 4-2 loss against the Dallas Stars, Canucks goaltender Ryan Miller had to take a lot of the blame, despite making more than one save that prevented his team from losing even higher. This time, it is Jacob Markstrom who carries a rather large chunk of the responsibility for Vancouver’s 4-0 loss against Boston.
Hockey is a team sport and it is impossible to blame just a single player for a loss, especially when that team goes scoreless over 60 minutes. Only 2:48 into the first period, Radim Vrbata failed to control a breakout pass, hence turning it over to Patrice Bergeron.
