The Vancouver Canucks delivered on that promise almost immediately with the bringing in of Trevor Linden, Jim Benning and Willie Desjardins. Trades were made, veterans left, prospects were drafted and youth joined the lineup on a regular basis.
Changes were made. Yes, not every change has been perfect but each change is one that has progressed the team moving forward. Fans wanted changes to be made and have to remember that change does not always mean immediate success. It brings learning curves, growing pains and time to come together.
