The stats weren’t jaw-dropping by any means last season, but Vancouver Canucks centre Adam Gaudette showed that he’s ready to play a big role in helping this team push for the playoffs.
Gaudette suited up in 56 games last season, tallying five goals and 12 points. Those obviously weren’t breathtaking numbers, but we saw the 2018 Hobey Baker Award winner display his nice skill set numerous times.
The 22-year-old only averaged 10:57 time on ice per game last season. Maturity and experience will naturally make him a better hockey player. So will better linemates.
