Vancouver Canucks general manager Jim Benning will be one of the busiest men this offseason, as he looks to move out certain players while also patching up the final holes in order to get this team ready for a hopeful playoff run in 2020.
Benning has two main priorities this offseason. First off, he must add at least one more 20-goal scorer that can play in the top six (be it through trade, the draft or free agency). And secondly, he has to completely overhaul a blue line that was too prone to mistakes and meltdowns once again.
