According to GeneralFanager.com, the Vancouver Canucks have an NHL roster of 23 right now. That is including Andrey Pedan and Brendan Gaunce but excluding Philip Larsen and Anton Rodin. So how do they even want to fit another top-six forward and what does the roster look like anyway?
Following a terrible season, the Canucks are in a difficult position. They have a projected cap hit of roughly $70 million and 45 players under contract. That cap hit puts them in the same region as, for example, the Washington Capitals and Chicago Blackhawks.
