Vancouver, B.C. – The Vancouver Canucks will host Hockey Fights Cancer Night on Wednesday, November 4th when they take on the Pittsburgh Penguins at Rogers Arena at 7:00 p.m. The league-wide campaign is in its 17th season of helping those affected by cancer.
Along with initiatives from all member clubs, the Canucks will have the following activations:
· Canucks players will wear Hockey Fights Cancer decals on the back of their helmets for all games from October 19th to November 13th. Management, coaching staff and team broadcasters will be wearing lavender Hockey Fights Cancer ties on November 4th to show their support.
