SAINT PAUL, Minn. — The Vancouver Canucks are on the road again and they could not have selected a tougher spot to begin their latest trek.
The Xcel Energy Center, home of the Minnesota Wild, has not been kind to the Canucks in recent years. It hasn't been too accommodating to the rest of the NHL for that matter.
The Wild have the best home record in the Western Conference this season. They have lost only once in nine home games this season, are 6-2-0 in their last eight starts versus the Canucks and have won three of the last four games between the two teams at The X.
