It's all a matter of perspective, I suppose. While it was a an effort that brought a huge sigh of relief from the Canucks faithful, it's not exactly one that was cause for the 'all clear' siren to be played. After all, that was Buffalo (previous result not withstanding) and a win against a team struggling as bad as your own can hardly be looked at as a sure sign that the ship has righted itself. They'll need to show the kind of effort against a good team, and they don't come much better than our old pal AV's New York Rangers.
