GAME 13 PREVIEW: Canucks vs Minnesota

It’s a new week, a chance to start anew, and there’s no one more in need of a fresh start than the Canucks, who learned it’s probably not a good idea to leave Evgeni Malkin unchecked on Saturday night. The Canucks D is not good, and even worse without Alexander Edler and Christopher Tanev as we saw on the weekend.

Let’s take a look first at where the Canucks are in terms of injuries and who’s able to play. shall we?

Obviously the good news that the Canucks got Elias Pettersson and Brock Boeser back from their respective injuries was welcome news (not that it changed anything on Saturday), as apart from Bo Horvat, no one was really doing anything in their absence.
