The Vancouver Canucks are missing the playoffs for the third time in four years, but the final two weeks of the regular season don’t have to be a drag. They have a chance to dictate who wins the Pacific Division — which is a horse race between tonight’s opponent, the Anaheim Ducks (93 points), along with the San Jose Sharks (91 points), Edmonton Oilers (91 points) and Calgary Flames (90 points).
Vancouver and Anaheim have split their two meetings this season, and the Canucks have the chance to take the season series for the second-straight year.
