LOS ANGELES — The Vancouver Canucks can still make this a decent road trip.
That was the mantra emanating from the Canucks' dressing room this morning as the team prepared for tonight's game at the Staples Center against the Los Angeles Kings (7:30 p.m. Pacific time, on Sportsnet, TSN 1040).
The Canucks, coming off a dismal 4-0 loss Monday to the Anaheim Ducks, are 1-1-1 in the first three games of this four-game trip.
A win tonight and Vancouver would head home having captured five of a possible eight points on the trip.
"We have a chance to make it a good road trip, but I am still disappointed about last night's game," said winger Daniel Sedin.
