After suffering four straight losses to some fairly mediocre teams this past week, the Vancouver Canucks fell out of the final wild-card spot in the west and were more than desperate to find salvation on Friday night in Rogers Arena.
Really not sure what it is, but the Canucks seem to struggle versus lesser teams, so it was a good thing the juggernaut’s of Colorado came to town to challenge Vancouver on home ice. For whatever reason, Van-City seems to battle harder against tougher competition, and more often than not they come out on top with a win and two points.
