Over the course of the Vancouver Canucks 50 year existence, many people would agree that 1994 was the most exciting year for Canucks hockey. Led by captain, Trevor Linden and Russian goal-scorer Pavel Bure, the flying skates somehow beat the odds and forced a game seven final against the Rangers for the Stanley Cup. We all know the end result, but man did they ever have a great team, maybe the best. For some Canucks die-hards, it’s always 94′.
The skate jersey made a comeback Saturday night, but sadly, the Russian Rocket did not.
