SAN ANTONIO — UTSA will conclude its current four-match road trip this weekend in Las Vegas when it plays a pair of contests at UNLV (Saturday) and against Southern Utah (Sunday). Both contests are scheduled for noon (CT) at the Frank and Vicki Fertitta Tennis Complex on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
The Roadrunners (6-7) are coming off Wednesday's 4-0 setback at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, which was its second loss to the Islanders in the past three weeks. Jacobea Junger and Miriam Rosell Canudas were able to stretch their winning streak to five matches in doubles when they defeated Jelena Dzinic and Judit Vives, 6-1, and the pair now boasts a 10-3 record this spring.
